We participate with the client to specify the  investment policy and strategy, to quantify the objectives, constraints and preferences and to assess the risk tolerance and the required rate of return expected by the client.

We handle, as a first priority, relationships with tenants and are proactively hands-on towards all steps of the property management process. By keeping in track cost control, energy performance report and promote more space’s flexibility and amenities.

We are responsible of deal’s sourcing, making detailed feasibility study, leading due diligence, organize financing, setting up customized real estate portfolio and monitor the performance in view of attaining  investor objectives.

We will be acting with a care and in ethical manner in directing both the property management or asset re-development, assuring all legal & administrative duties and ensuring a timely and accurate reporting on the real estate investment.
